At Planet of Thoughts, every product is made specifically for each customer after an order is placed.
Returns and Refunds
Because our products are custom-made and printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Changing your mind
- Ordering by mistake
- Personal preferences
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives:
- damaged during shipping,
- defective,
- or with a printing/manufacturing error,
please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include:
- your order number,
- photographs of the product,
- and photographs of the packaging (if applicable).
After reviewing your claim, we will provide a replacement or a full refund when appropriate.
Lost Packages
If your package is confirmed as lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with our production and shipping partners to resolve the issue.
