Every product is made especially for you after your order is placed. Because we use a print-on-demand production process, please allow time for production before shipping.

Production Time

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days.
During holidays or high-demand periods, production may take longer.

Canada: 7–12 business days
Europe: 7–12 business days
United Kingdom: 7-12 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 business days
Rest of the world: 15–30 business days

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email whenever tracking is available.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. We will work with our production and shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
